Lisa has over ten years experience in middle and senior management roles. Having worked in the legal and hospitality industries, she was an integral player in establishing legal recruiting practices for two recruitment firms, Lisa's passion for optimising performance in the workplace remains strong. It is through her breadth of experience that her philosophy of "an organisation's people is the foundation to its success" is at the heart of everything she does.
Lisa is able to provide a wide range of human resource and management support, including:

Anna Andreoni - Associate
Anna has had a varied career encompassing sales and management roles in both the public and private sectors. She also enjoyed four years of success in operating a franchise opportunity in SA. Her product lines extended interstate and Anna featured regularly on TV morning shows and feature sections in print media.
With two young children and a drive for sales, Anna sought work/ life balance and went on to work part time for a corporate organisation. Her innate abilities to mentor and coach, coupled with her passion for people, saw her move into a full time role in Learning & Development. It is this area which allows Anna to share her passion for continual learning and self-development in conjunction with empowering others to be their best.
