Paid Parental Leave Scheme
As you would be aware the Paid Parental Leave Scheme is coming into play very soon. Businesses will have the option of administering the scheme from 1 January 2011. As of 1 July 2011 businesses will no longer have the option - it will be mandatory that the business administer the scheme from this point forward.
Size and make up of the organisation is irrelevant.
